Terms and conditions

Seller: Mrs. Mood Studio [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity, address, register entry] — see our Impressum for full company details. These Terms apply to all contracts concluded via mrsmood.com. Languages of contract: English, German, Chinese; in case of interpretation conflict, the English version prevails.

Product listings on mrsmood.com are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. By submitting an order you make a binding offer. Our automatic order-receipt email confirms that your order has reached us but does not yet conclude the contract. The contract is concluded only when we send a separate shipping confirmation or when we deliver the item, whichever comes first.

All prices are stated in EUR (Europe region) or USD (Global region), inclusive of VAT/sales tax where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, major credit cards (Stripe — added at M3). Payment is due immediately at order placement; we ship after payment is received.

Delivery times shown on the product page are estimates from the day of payment receipt. For consumers, risk of loss passes to you upon physical delivery (§446 BGB). For business customers, risk passes on handover to the carrier (§447 BGB). We ship to the EU and selected international destinations; ineligible destinations are blocked at checkout.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right, send an unambiguous statement (letter or email) to returns@mrsmood.studio. A model withdrawal form is available on request. Direct return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is defective. Note: custom-made or personalised pieces are exempt from withdrawal under §312g(2) BGB.

Statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) is 24 months from delivery for consumers; defects appearing within the first 12 months are presumed pre-existing (§477 BGB as amended). Notify defects in writing to support@mrsmood.studio with photos. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence, except for liability under the German Product Liability Act and for damage to life, body, or health, which remains unlimited as required by law.
