A small team. Long thinking. No growth-at-all-costs.

We're not hiring constantly — usually one or two roles a year, often through quiet word of mouth. If you care about furniture the way our makers do, and you'd like to be considered when the next role opens, write to us with a note about what you're working on.

How we hire

Slowly. We post once. We talk to a small number of people in detail, usually over weeks. We don't run a funnel, we don't have a recruiter, we don't ask anyone to do free work. If you make it through, you'll meet most of the team and at least one of our makers before we make an offer.

Currently open

No open roles at the moment. We expect to open a part-time role for editorial / writing later this year (English first, German welcome), and a senior product / e-commerce role in the next twelve months. We'll announce both here and through quiet word of mouth — if you'd like to be told, send us a note.

Who tends to thrive here

People who care about details that no one will ever notice. People comfortable with quiet weeks. People who write clearly, who answer emails the same day, who'd rather rework something five times than ship it once badly. We don't do hustle culture, we don't do all-nighters, and we measure ourselves in twelve-month arcs, not quarterly OKRs.
