Live with the piece for a month. If it doesn't fit your space — the colour, the scale, the way it sits in afternoon light — we'll arrange collection and refund the full amount.
Our return policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item. We collect from your door — you don't need to find a courier. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of collection and include the original shipping charge. There is no restocking fee.
Eligible for return
- ·All in-stock furniture and décor in original condition
- ·Textiles that have not been washed or altered
- ·Lighting and ceramics in original packaging
- ·Items purchased as gifts (with proof of purchase)
Not eligible for return
- ·Made-to-order textiles cut to a custom length
- ·Bespoke joinery ordered with a custom finish or dimension
- ·Items showing signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
How to start a return

Log in to your account
Go to Orders, find the item you'd like to return, and click 'Request return'. Select your reason and confirm.

We arrange collection
Our logistics team will contact you within 1 working day to schedule a convenient collection window. No need to repackage — we bring materials.

Item is inspected
Once collected, the piece is inspected at our Setúbal warehouse. This usually takes 1–2 working days.

Refund issued
Your refund is processed within 5 working days of inspection and returned to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email.
